What is the difference between big spaces and Flex spaces
A "big" office space, is a non-fitted, semi-raw space, that can be entirely designed to your company’s specifications with an architect, and will require a building permit.
A Flex space, is a pre-fitted all-in-one space, ready to move in.
How many companies are there on campus?
On campus, there are around 80 companies of all sizes. From the solo entrepreneur in the coworking, a startup in the incubator, to a large company like SICPA.
Can I have an office on campus?
We welcome all enquiries for office space. Do contact us.
Can we adapt the layout of our office?
Big spaces can be entirely tailored to your company brand and needs, as they come without any pre-fitting.
Flex spaces are entirely fitted out except for furniture. Renting or buying furniture from our supplier is possible.
What services are included in the monthly rent?
Flex spaces include all services: access control, internet connection and network security, connected meeting rooms, shared lounges, shared kitchen area, cleaning, and sunny terrasses. At the Flex, there are no additional charges (water, heating and electricity are included) to your office or desk space.
Is access to shared areas included for all residents?
The campus shared areas include meeting rooms, restauration areas, lobby, games, fitness and changing rooms, as well as the unique garden. All these areas are available to all residents.
How can I schedule a visit?

Can clients and guests be invited on campus?
Resident companies on campus can invite guests and clients for visits or events. Conference and meeting rooms are available to host seminars, conferences or workshops.
Can I come to the campus if I am not a resident?
unlimitrust campus offers a 24/7 security cover. This means that if you are not a resident, you will have to come invited as a guest and access the campus via our security loge, whether you are coming for a visit, lunch or an event.
